Anne is lifesaver! From start to finish, working with Anne made my trip to Europe so much better. She takes away the headache that comes with booking a vacation and had so many great suggestions. Anne is truly the best there is! I planned two trips with Anne for my entire family to Europe and she made it a fun and easy process both times. She had suggestions of things I never thought of and I'm so glad we let her take the reins bc she did not disappoint. From the locations she suggested, to the hotels, to the transportation set up and suggestions, we laughed at how many times we said, "Anne is THE best!" on our trip! We wouldn't use anyone else :)

My family traveled to Edinburgh and London with the assistance of Anne McCullough with Premium Travel Services this past June. We had an amazing experience because of her expertise and knowledge of both cities. She chose wonderful hotels and gave us suggestions for tours and tour guides, which made our trip much easier, as well as assisting with great pricing on airfares. Thank you Premium Travel! Anne took great care in planning our amazing trip to Spain. As first time overseas travelers, she was informative and aware of all obstacles and problems that may have occurred, although the trip was flawless. The hotels were stunning and in safe spots as well as in the center of all accessible travel, delicious food, the heart of the cities. I can’t image anything else Premium Travel could have done to add more magic to this beautiful trip. Anne has planned our honeymoon and our anniversary trip. She is absolutely wonderful! If you’re looking for someone to take the stress of travel out of your hands she’s the one! She knows everything about everywhere. I had never left the country before our honeymoon and she made it so easy and relaxed for us. Between organizing transportation and giving us all the advice we needed. We highly recommend her and will always use her services when it’s time to travel over seas!

Several years ago, I had the good fortune to have a friend introduce me to Premium Travel. Before Premium travel, I was like everyone else, I booked my own trips thinking "how hard can it be?" Now, I know how wrong I was. I will never travel again without using Premium travel to book my simplest of travel to luxury vacations. One trip, Anne arranged a trip to South Africa in celebration of my brother's 50th birthday. Words can't fully express the incredible adventure Premium Travel created. Anne choreographed multiple flights, a cross country train ride, all ground transportation including private drivers and hotel stays with the finest accommodations anyone could desire! Your choice, travel site or travel delight!

Anne and her team were outstanding at planning our honeymoon to Bali. The process and traveling experience was completely seamless, from all of our connecting flights to the driver and tour guides throughout the trip. All of the resorts and excursions that she suggested were amazing. I will definitely be using Premium Travel Services and specifically Anne in the future. Would recommend to anyone!!

Anne with Premium Travel Services Inc. went above and beyond to make our honeymoon such a magical experience. My husband and I knew we wanted Italy as our destination, but had no idea where to start traveling to multiple cities abroad. Anne spent countless hours on the phone with us, perfecting our dream vacation. Anne was flexible and made adjustments to meet our needs, budget and schedules. Anne booked our hotels, transportation and recommended tours and attractions that did not disappoint (many places and experiences that she had stayed/enjoyed herself!). We visited 5 Italian cities in 2 weeks, and each accommodation was spectacular. Anne noted to each hotel that it was our honeymoon, and I am convinced we had the best room and view in the building!! There were a few transportation hiccups (no show buses and private transport), but we contacted Anne and she was able to provide timely solutions. Her expertise on location, ease of travel, and recommendations lead to a stress-free, romantic trip with my groom.. we couldn’t have been more pleased!

Anne is incredibly patient and accommodating! Her knowledge on places around the world to visit is amazing. She offered so many fantastic destinations and ideas I never even thought of. Whether I need a domestic flight for work or a fabulous family vacation she always comes through! She truly understands the art of customer service. If I could give her more than five stars I would.
